Our manufacturing units go through processes of shaping pipes into our desired design, so we can go into cutting and welding of the bike frame using these key ingredients.
Welding is done in multiple ways, either handled by trained personnel or completely automated by robotic systems.

Painting pays a big role in design, that's why we pay it a lot of attention. Using powdered formulas, we make sure that our colors are well applied and correctly mixed using high grade equipment to assure nothing but the best result.

As one of the final manufacturing processes, Assembly is taken care of by a trained team of personnel, each assigned their own individual part of assembly in the line.
To eliminate any imperfections on assembly, every assembly group takes good care of each individual part quality before ,while ,and after assembly.
